I move amendment No. 21:
In page 11, subsection (3), to delete all words after "decision" where it firstly occurs in line 12, down to and including line 13.
There is provision under section 10(3)(i) for the publication of notices of licence decisions so the matter is adequately covered. As it stands, section 12(3) would impose an obligation on an unsuccessful licensing applicant to publish a negative decision. It is doubtful whether this would be workable or even desirable in practice.
