SECTION 1.
I move amendment No. 1:
In page 4, subsection (3), lines 18 to 20, to delete "Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1984, and the Dublin Transport Authority (Dissolution) Act, 1987" and substitute "Act of 1984 and the Act of 1987".
These are just technical amendments to tidy up the text of the Bill.
What are they?
The Acts in question are referred to more than once, it is standard practice to define the Acts in the interpretation section and to use the abbreviated version when referring to them in the Bill.
