I move amendment No. 55:
In page 46, subsection (3), line 53, to delete "given" and substitute "the subject of".
This is a drafting amendment. Subsection (1) refers to a person being the subject of a direction rather than being given a direction. The amendment ensures that the wording is the same in the two subsections. It provides for consistency of phraseology and terminology.
