I move amendment No. 73:

In page 96, paragraph (a), line 10, after "paid" to insert "in respect of the tobacco products contained therein".

This amendment is intended to ensure that a tax stamp taken from one packet and reapplied to another is an offence. In other words, the stamps cannot be recycled.
