I propose to make a textual amendment to subparagraph (ii) of section 96 (3) (b) of the Bill. The words "and shall produce such further evidence by way of statutory declaration or otherwise in relation to the matters aforesaid as the Commissioners require" in that subparagraph will be moved fully out to the margin as they relate to the whole of subsection (3).
It is a technical drafting error. I apologise for the short notice but would wish to have it accepted by the Committee. We are moving the column so that it is part of the overall rather than an insert.
