In accordance with Standing Order 87, the following message will be sent to the Dáil: The Select Committee on Finance and the Public Service has completed its consideration of the following proposal:
That Dáil Éireann approves the following Orders in draft:
(i) Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Republic of Turkey) Order 2008, and
(ii) Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (Malta) Order 2008.
