This meeting of the select committee has been convened to consider Committee Stage of the Pharmacy Bill 2007. I welcome the Minister for Health and Children, Deputy Harney, and her officials to the meeting. We hope to deal with this Bill until 4 p.m; when the Minister is in the House for questions. I propose that we take a break at 12 p.m. for half an hour. Is that agreed? Agreed. If we do not complete the Bill by 4 p.m., we will have to come back next Wednesday morning.
