This meeting has been convened to consider Committee Stage of the Legal Services Regulation Bill 2011. No apologies have been received. I welcome the Minister for Justice and Equality and his officials and ask everybody to ensure his or her mobile phone is turned off completely and not left in silent mode, as such devices interfere with the sound system. It is not fair to officials to have to listen to interference.
