In accordance with Standing Order 85, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:
The Select Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has completed its consideration of the motion that Dáil Éireann approves the report by the Minister for Defence pursuant to section 4 of the Defence (Amendment) Act 1993, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 11 November 2004.
The select committee went into private session at 10.05 a.m. and adjourned at 10.15 a.m. sine die.
