I move amendment No. 70:

In page 29, line 2, to delete "1,000" and substitute "£5,000, or on conviction on indictment to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 18 months and/or a fine not exceeding £10,000".

I presume the same argument holds for any of these increases in fines?
