I move amendment No. 46 :—
To delete sub-section (3).
I consider that this sub-section is un-necessary. That is the only reason I put down the amendment to delete it. I cannot see any reason for it at all.
SECTION 44.
It is put there by the draftsman who, I am informed, regards is as being necessary.
If the draftsman considers it necessary I will not object.
