I move amendment No. 319:—
In sub-section (1), line 14, before " passed " to insert " (not being the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1941 (No. 3 of 1941), the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1945 (No. 23 of 1945) or the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1946 (No. 37 of 1946))".
The amendment proposes to remove the Unemployment Insurance Acts, 1941, 1945 and 1946 from the scope of this section, seeing that they are being specifically adapted by amendments Nos. 311 and 318.
