I move amendment No. 14:—
In sub-section (5), page 20, line 10 to insert before the word "use " the words " erection and ".
The amendment is merely to provide for the erection of such traps for the capture of fish for scientific purposes.
SECTION 33.
(5) Nothing in this section shall be construed as precluding the use by the Minister of traps for the capture of fish for the purpose of artificial propagation.
