I move amendment No. 14 in the name of Deputy Haughey.

In page 10, subsection (11), line 2, before " a " to insert " and in at least two recognised medical journals ".

Would the Minister feel that this section is similar to section 6 and that the reasons he has given there would remain true to this section too? In the case of the chancer—let us call him that—full publicity would be given, including notifying all medical journals.

Yes, but again there has to be discretion with regard to the nature and extent of the offence.

Mr. Briscoe

Naturally. I am talking about the chancer.
