SECTION 132.

(1) The Board may act notwithstanding one or more vacancies amongst the ordinary members.

(2) The Minister may by order make regulations in relation to the procedure of the Board.

(3) Subject to any regulations made by the Minister under the immediately preceding sub-section, the Board shall regulate by standing orders or otherwise the procedure to be observed and the business to be transacted at its meetings.

I move amendments Nos. 130, 131, 132 as follows:—

130. To delete sub-section (2).

131. In sub-section (3), page 56, lines 10 and 11, to delete the words " Subject to any regulations made by the Minister under the immediately preceding sub-section."

132. In sub-section (3), page 56, line 11, to insert after the word " regulate " the words " with the approval of the Minister."

These amendments have to do with the power of the Board to regulate its procedure.
