338 Mr. Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if funding will be made available for Brandon Bay pier, Brandon, Tralee, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4515/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraBrandon Bay pier is owned by Kerry County Council and responsibility for its repair and maintenance rests with the local authority in the first instance. As the pier is located in a Gaeltacht area, the question of funding development works there is a matter for the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs.
