266 Mr. O’Connor asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will furnish a report on the unsuccessful application by a school (details supplied) in Dublin 24 under the Department’s summer works scheme 2004 in view of the great disappointment of the community that the required works have not been approved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Each unsuccessful applicant under the summer works scheme will receive a letter from my Department outlining the reason why works were not approved. These letters will issue to schools as quickly as possible.
