54 Mr. O’Shea asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources when the independent experts to undertake the promised review of RTE’s pricing policy in the advertising market will be appointed; the way in which they will be appointed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 111 of Tuesday, 24 February 2004. The independent experts will be appointed in accordance with normal procedures for the procurement of such services.
