72 Mr. Costello asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason for the delay in publishing the Grangegorman Development Agency Bill which will provide for the development of the lands at Grangegorman by the Dublin Institute of Technology; when he proposes to publish the Bill; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department is currently engaged in the preparation of a Bill for the establishment of an agency for the development of an area in Grangegorman, Dublin as a location for education, health and other facilities. The agency will be known as the Grangegorman Development Agency. Officials of my Department are working with officials in the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, the Department of Health and Children and the Office of the Attorney General, with a view to completing the proposed legislation as soon as possible. I am confident that I will be in a position to bring this matter to Government shortly.
