Higgins asked the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism his views on the recent resignation of the director of the Arts Council; his further views on whether this decision was based on the council’s decision to set aside the arts plan 2002-2006; the future for the Arts Plan 2002-2006 in view of this development; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
