160 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 272 of 4 February 2004 and a letter from the deputy chief executive officer of 12 February 2004 stating that an independent report would be available on the death of a person (details supplied) at the end of February or early in March 2004, the reason for the delay in producing the report. Responsibility for the matter referred to by the Deputy rests with the Mid-Western Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
