92 Ms O’Sullivan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the membership and terms of reference of the group to inquire into the way in which legal costs are calculated and awarded has been established; when the work of the group is likely to be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I recently announced my intention to establish a group to examine the issue of the taxation of legal costs. The terms of reference and composition of the group are currently being considered. I hope to be in a position to announce the details shortly.
