Ceist:70 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the recent report produced by a professor (details supplied) , suggesting that about half of those living in Dublin and a third living nationally will not be able to afford a house in two years time; if he accepts the projections given by this person; the steps he is taking to counter the continuing escalation in house prices; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
