Ceist:324 Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will provide for a standardised application and assessment procedure for the disabled persons housing grant across the State, in view of the regional and local variations in procedures which lead to inequality; and if he will widen the scheme to ensure that it covers 100% of the cost of approved works.
