Amharc ar fhreagraThe licensing authority for sea fishing boats has informed me that in December 2003 the applicant was issued with a letter of offer of a sea fishing boat licence, subject to certain conditions, one of which is the provision of replacement capacity in respect of his boat. The authority is awaiting compliance by the applicant with the conditions set out in that letter and will respond expeditiously on receipt of the required documentation demonstrating compliance with those conditions.
