185 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in regard to the reunification of the family of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare who currently have refugee status; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25953/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe refugee in question made an application for family reunification in respect of his partner and two children. My Department has recently been in correspondence with him seeking clarification of documentation submitted by him. On receipt of a response from the person in question a decision will be made in this case.
