Higgins asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children when the supervised residence for an association (details supplied) in County Galway will be opened and occupied in view of the urgent need for this facility to be operational, the great demand for this promised amenity and the fact that it has been built and been ready for use and occupation since June 2003.
