The provisional entitlement statement, which issued on 6 September 2004 to the person named shows 3.82 entitlements, which amounts to €1,479.10 per annum. Farmers who are not satisfied with their provisional entitlement statement may seek a review on a form which is available from all local offices of my Department and from my Department's website. My intention is that definitive entitlements statements will issue early in 2005.
