207 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reasons for refusing a visitor’s visa on three separate occasions to the spouse of a person (details supplied) who has been working here for three years on a work permit. [31732/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe first application was refused on 11 December 2003 for financial reasons. The applicant did not lodge an appeal on that occasion. A second application was refused as the applicant did not provide the required documentation, detailed bank statements or payslips. The applicant was notified of this decision on 29 March 2004. The applicant lodged an appeal which was accompanied by the required documentation and on 10 May 2004 the application was approved.
