72 Mr. Costello asked the Minister for Transport, with regard to the linking of the two Luas lines, when he will bring forward proposals to the Cabinet on this issue; the discussions he has had with Dublin Bus in this regard; the proposed route; the estimated cost; when work on the new line will commence if the proposals are agreed; the likely completion date for the project; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe board of the Railway Procurement Agency, RPA, has considered a preliminary analysis of the feasibility and cost of linking the red and green Luas lines in the city centre. A more detailed proposal will now be prepared for consideration by the board. I look forward to the outcome of the board's deliberations on the matter. As the RPA has not yet identified a preferred route option, it would be inappropriate for me to comment further as regards any particular aspect of the proposal.
