748 Mr. P. Breen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will give consideration to an application by a person (details supplied) in County Clare for a dependant visa for a spouse; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1359/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe visa application in question was received in my Department on 22 December 2004. The application was examined and considered by a Visa Officer who took the decision to refuse a visa. This decision was forwarded to the Department of Foreign Affairs on 19 January 2005 and the applicant will be notified via the Irish Mission in their country of origin at the earliest possible opportunity.
