Ceist:

772 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if it is proper that a Garda participate in an interrogation of a person suspected of dealing drugs at a time when the Garda is acting in a private capacity; if any such instance has been drawn to his attention; if so, if he discussed it with the Garda Commissioner; and if such actions are grounds for disciplinary action to be taken against the Garda in question.
