191 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment further to his press release of 10 November 2004 and the extension of the three year cap for the over 55s, if he will allow those who had to leave community employment immediately prior to the cap being extended to rejoin the schemes; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have been informed by FÁS that the placement policy in respect of community employment programmes for 2005 has been formulated on the basis of the changes I announced on 10 November 2004. In the circumstances, it is not feasible to accommodate the persons referred to by the Deputy.
