216 Mr. J. O’Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance when a property (details supplied) in County Cork was acquired; the amount spent to date on the property on maintenance and security; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2938/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Commissioners of Public Works, acting on behalf of the Reception and Integration Agency of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform purchased the property referred to in County Cork in October 2000 for €3,549,711. The total security and other costs incurred on the property to date are €657,000. The property is currently the subject of judicial review proceedings.
