154 Mr. Gogarty asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a decision will be made on an appeal against a visa application refusal by a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3251/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe applicant in this case has lodged an appeal against the decision to refuse him a visa. Currently, appeals of this type are taking, on average, six weeks to process depending on the complexity of each case. The applicant will be notified of the decision at the earliest possible time.
