200 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position regarding publication of the report by the commission on the disappeared; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4328/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraI have recently received a report from the commission for the location of victims' remains. The report is being examined in my Department at present and I will be consulting the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, to whom the report is also addressed, about its publication.
