119 Ms B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the progress which has been made with regard to an application for grant aid under the native woodland scheme for a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [5478/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraPreliminary approval under the native woodland scheme has issued to the person in question. An ecological survey and management plan have been submitted by the applicant, as required under the conditions of the scheme. These are currently being processed by the forest service of my Department in conjunction with the Department of Environment Heritage and Local Government and Kerry County Council.
