251 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for Transport if a decision has been made to allow buses approaching Dublin to use the hard shoulders of roads in order to reduce delays due to traffic congestion; the roads and sections of roads which are to be included in the scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
