Ceisteanna (298)

Pat Breen

Ceist:

299 Mr. P. Unsuccessful appellants are advised of their right of recourse to the office of the Ombudsman. In addition, under the Agriculture Appeals Act 2001, the decision of an appeals officer may be reviewed by the Director of Agriculture Appeals, where the legality or factual basis of the decision is questioned.
