Ceist:158 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason, in his reply to Question No. 27 of 1 December 2004, he indicated that the application for a visitor’s visa for a person was approved on 10 May 2004, in view of the fact that the applicant’s attention was not drawn to this and upon inquiry was informed that no such visa had been issued.
