Ceist:302 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the situation regarding illegal motoring fines levied and paid; the position in so far as penalty points allocated with the said fines are concerned; if these fines and points stand; and if he will make a statement on the matter in view of the requirement to repay legal charges as determined by the Supreme Court.
