239 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if he has amended, altered or authorised an interpretation of the provisions of the 1982 Act to empower the withholding of wage or pension entitlements to current or retired An Post workers; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
