361 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the report on the Garda review of the murder of a person (details supplied); if the report will be made public; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7828/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraI have not yet received a report on the full review of the Garda investigation file on the murder of the person in question, following from the submission of a memorandum from the legal representative of the family. When the review has been completed and when any ancillary issues are resolved and the report is received, I will be in further contact with the legal representative, as previously undertaken. The question of the publication of the findings of the review will fall to be considered when the report has been received.
