150 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the circumstances under which a person will be granted humanitarian leave to remain in the State on the basis that the person is not free to accept offers of employment as indicated in the reply to Parliamentary Question No. 140 of 3 March 2005.
