40 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Transport if he has plans to update the official rules of the road handbook, in view of the fact that a new version of the book has not been issued in a decade; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9697/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department has commenced activity to update the rules of the road booklet. It is the intention to publish a new rules of the road booklet in draft form by mid-year and to invite comments or submissions thereon. The new booklet would then be finalised in the autumn.
