McGrath asked the Minister for Transport if his attention has been drawn to the campaign to have Fairtrade products widely available and used; his views on the objectives of this campaign; and if he will endeavour to have such fair trade approved products used in his Department. I am aware of the campaign to have fairtrade products widely available and used. Private companies provide catering in my Department. The possibility of having Fairtrade approved products used by the catering service providers in my Department will be explored.
