242 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Education and Science if she will include funding for schools (details supplied) in Dublin 10 in the summer works scheme; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [11315/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe schools referred to by the Deputy made a joint application under the summer works scheme 2005 but were unsuccessful as the application was not accompanied by the necessary consultant's report. The appeal by the schools and subsequent professional's report is being re-assessed in the school planning section of my Department. Contact will be made directly with the school authorities when a decision is taken on the matter.
