190 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food her plans to introduce a State aid package for those ineligible under the terms of the current CFP scheme; if she will increase the level of grant aid available under the scheme; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [13883/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraConsultations are ongoing with the European Commission in regard to the action programme for implementation of the nitrates directive in Ireland. The question of possible changes to the conditions of the farm waste management scheme, which has now replaced the control of farm pollution scheme, can only be considered in the light of the requirements of the action programme, when agreed.
