143 Mr. O’Shea asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children her proposals to instruct An Bord Altranais to make its telephone system more customer friendly; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [13922/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn Bord Altranais is the statutory body which provides for the registration, control and education of nurses and midwives and for other matters relating to the practice of nursing and midwifery. The issue raised by the Deputy is an operational matter for An Bord Altranais, and I suggest that the Deputy should contact the board directly about this matter.
