71 Mr. Cuffe asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if his Department has a section or unit dedicated to the implementation or enforcement of EU directives; and the details of outstanding complaints from the EU Commission regarding non-compliance with current directives under the areas of his responsibility. Responsibility for EU directives lies with the relevant divisions of my Department with the support of a central EU unit. Details of outstanding complaints from the EU Commission regarding non-compliance with current directives are set out in the following table.
